Convenient location just a short walk from Akihabara.
I found the bathroom a bit cramped, especially for someone my size. The elevator situation is ridiculous—only one elevator for 13 floors? Be prepared to waste time waiting. it seems they're not prioritizing guest comfort at all.

Mixed feelings about this
The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and the room was exceptionally clean with excellent shower pressure that truly impressed me.
The bathroom felt a bit cramped, especially around the amenities, making things somewhat uncomfortable during my stay.

I stayed solo for a night in a Single Room, and it was pretty spacious. The bed was super soft and comfy—got a good night's sleep! The room fit my two bags easily, and there’s a nice desk to work at. It’s really close to Okachimachi JR Station, which made getting around super easy. Loved that there were coin washing machines on the ground floor. The staff was really helpful, too. Overall, great stay!

the okachimachi urban hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the ginza line and 10 minutes to ueno park. the room was spacious enough for my bags and the desk made it easy to work. the staff was incredibly nice and helpful during my stay.
